Responsibilities

The RVP is directly responsible for developing and maintaining consultative relationships with Independent, Bank, POS BGA, and P&C advisors
The RVP role is the Key Driver of revenue in their territory, including accountability for achieving and exceeding territory sales targets and territory management (APE)
Develop new producers while retaining existing producers to grow market share
Educate and train advisors on Equitable’s Life products

Required

7+ years of Life Insurance industry experience
Life and Health insurance licenses
FINRA Series 6 & 63
Experience in Direct Sales of Life Insurance products
Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required

Preferred

FINRA Series 7 highly desired
Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills with good computer and organizational skills
Willingness to travel up to 95%
