Responsibilities
Contribute to special projects by revising past seasonal apparel designs and introducing new creative ideas that enhance existing collections
Develop and refine tech packs for manufacturer submission, ensuring clear communication and thorough revision of designs as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, product management, materials development, technical development, and sourcing to deliver compelling outcomes on tight deadlines
Present project concepts, design rationale, and final work confidently to internal stakeholders, maintaining alignment with creative vision and brand standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in cut-and-sew pattern design, including developing and revising tech packs for manufacturer production
Proven ability to generate fresh creative ideas, with a strong design portfolio demonstrating a breadth of styles and categories focused on lifestyle sportswear
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and foundational design skills such as sketching, illustration, and concept ideation; 3D experience is considered a plus
Bachelor's degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience and training in apparel product design
