Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day program leadership and serve as primary interface with the Government COR and stakeholders
Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk across all labor categories and task areas
Oversee staffing, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with SeaPort-NxG, FAR, security, and reporting requirements
Lead planning, status reporting, and CDRL delivery
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship with ability to obtain federal clearance
Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, or related field
10+ years managing complex DoD or Federal IT programs
Experience supporting HR, manpower, or personnel systems
Preferred
active clearance
Master's degree in IT, Management, or related field
PMP or equivalent certification
