Responsibilities
Receive incoming and outgoing calls, be the point of contact for communication for New Mexico Behavioral Health on a 24 hour basis
Dispatch emergency response for security, such as ambulance, fire and local law enforcement as needed
Answer and transfer incoming and outgoing calls as needed
Document patient movement as well as time lines of events on campus as needed
Issue visitor passes and communication with doctors on campus as needed
Dispatch radio communication for the Security department as needed
Qualification
Required
Eighth grade education
New Mexico Driver's License is required for this position
Defensive Driving is required in order for employee to use state vehicle for events such as trainings/workshops
Windows based computer skills
Customer service skills with communication and problem solving
Fast Learning skill set along with multitasking abilities
Written documentation of events is a must; must be able to write reports as needed
