This position will manage client systems to ensure the timely and accurate creation, dissemination, and documentation of work orders against deadlines, supporting effective response to emergent issues in branch operations.

Responsibilities
Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers through work order systems (portals, emails, phone calls)
Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete with NTLL customers and other Local Customers
Maintains the integrity of the work order system data
Processes confidential information
Maintains a complex filing system
Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers
Develops process relative to the work control system
Direct communication with branch employees regarding response times, work order updates, and job completion
Direct communication with dispatch centralized team regarding NTL and NTLL customers
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
0-2 years' experience with customer service and office administration necessary
Strong customer service focus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills
A cultivated attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities
Preferred
Microsoft Office Suite training/experience
Customer work order interface experience
Personnel dispatch experience
