Building and maintaining strong relationships with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and labor unions to promote Cottonwood Tucson's services
Developing strategic partnerships and identifying and capitalizing on opportunities
Managing key accounts and representing the organization at relevant events and engagements
Creating initiatives to expand referral networks
Conducting presentations and monitoring market trends to align strategies with industry needs

Required

Relationship management and account management skills, with experience in maintaining and developing partnerships

Understanding of mental health, behavioral health, or addiction recovery services is highly beneficial

Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities effectively in a remote work setting

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
