Executive Director - B2B Marketing Lead Generation Agency

Confidential is launching a B2B growth and lead-generation agency and is seeking an Executive Director to run the company end-to-end. This leadership role involves owning sales, operations, and execution to drive new revenue and manage the delivery team, aiming to turn the agency into a scalable, profitable business.

Responsibilities

Own new business development for the agency
Personally close early-stage and key B2B clients
Build and refine sales playbooks, pricing, and packaging
Oversee outbound campaigns (email, cold calling, LinkedIn)
Track pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue KPIs
Hire, train, and manage SDRs / sales reps as the agency scales
Build and manage the operations team (account managers, campaign managers, creatives, tech)
Develop and document SOPs for:
Client onboarding
Campaign execution
QA and performance reporting
Client communication and retention
Ensure consistent delivery across:
Social media marketing
Email lead generation
Cold calling campaigns
Content creation
Website services
Own client success, renewals, and upsells
Act as day-to-day leader of the company
Translate vision into execution
Set weekly/monthly goals and performance benchmarks
Build dashboards and reporting for sales and operations
Drive profitability, margin improvement, and scalability
Work directly with ownership on growth strategy and expansion

Required

5+ years in B2B sales, preferably services or agency environment
Proven track record closing mid-ticket to high-ticket B2B deals
Experience running or scaling lead generation agencies
Experience running or scaling marketing agencies
Experience running or scaling sales organizations
Strong understanding of outbound email & cold calling
Strong understanding of CRM systems
Strong understanding of funnel metrics and attribution
Experience building SOPs and managing teams
Operator mindset — comfortable owning results, not just strategy
