Responsibilities
Operating industrial equipment (table saws, planers, sanders, jointers) to process raw lumber into usable components
Bringing pieces to life through precise assembly of finished goods
Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment while following standard operating procedures
Helping with prototypes or custom "one-off" builds for special projects
Bringing a positive, "no-ego" attitude to the floor every day
Qualification
Required
You have a background in woodworking, furniture making, or industrial fabrication
You're comfortable in a shop or factory environment
You can read drawings, follow specs, and spot a quality issue before it leaves your station
You treat tools with respect and never cut corners on safety protocols
You move with urgency, communicate clearly, and show up for your teammates
You're excited about working with Carbon Smart Wood™ and being part of a sustainable supply chain
