Responsibilities
Directly support and report to our Managing Partner, who leads the team, on strategic planning, priority setting, communications and long-term initiatives
Support all partners with key enterprise projects including business development, market expansion, and operational improvements; project tracking and communications, including managing multiple client needs in a timely manner
Prepare materials/invitations and collaterals for partner meetings, board discussions, and client presentations; participate in partner calls and prepare minutes for review; coordinate administrative needs with the firm’s tax and other business partners
Track progress on strategic initiatives and hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables
Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and strategic partners; provide a weekly update report to all partners
Serve as liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Facilitate partner meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and drive follow-through
Handle sensitive matters requiring discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality
Support partner-level business development activities and client relationship management
Qualification
Required
4+ years of progressive experience in consulting, financial services, insurance, or related industries
Proven track record as an enterprise project leader
Strong, proven familiarity with the insurance and financial services profession is mandatory
Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; a strong working knowledge of maximizing social networking opportunities is essential
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
A passion for understanding how AI impacts the insurance profession is of special interest
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Experience in professional services or consulting firm environments
Success within the insurance and financial services sectors, preferably including industry associations and conferences
Proven success in leading and managing meetings and coordinating presentations, including on short notice
