Business Development & Capture Manager
Bravent Systems is a rapidly growing federal contracting solutions provider delivering mission-driven technology, cybersecurity, and professional services to defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies. They are seeking a Business Development & Capture Manager to help expand their federal footprint, lead growth strategies, and drive successful proposal efforts.

Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities across DoD, DHS, and civilian agencies
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Contribute to capture strategies, teaming discussions, and development of competitive win themes
Lead and support proposal development (RFIs, RFPs, teaming agreements, pipeline reviews)
Apply product marketing strategies to position offerings in the federal marketplace
Provide market intelligence and insights to guide leadership decisions
Manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM systems
Track and report progress against business development goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in federal contracting, capture management, business development, or related sales/marketing roles
Strong knowledge of product marketing strategies and go-to-market planning
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and federal opportunity databases (SAM.gov, GovWin)
