They are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant to support their Music & Multimedia Departments by managing schedules, coordinating music deliverables, and assisting with recording sessions.
Media Production
Responsibilities
Manage department emails, schedules, and file organization to ensure the music & media team runs smoothly
Assist in coordinating music deliverables for both regular YouTube episodes and special standalone music projects
Research and help identify vocalists, musicians, and collaborators for upcoming projects
Dig into music trends, sound libraries, and copyright info to support the creative process
Serve as Gatekeeper for Executive by screening, prioritizing, and escalating requests and inquiries
Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing the above
Assist with recording sessions, including setting up microphones, running cables, and general gear preparation
Ensure sessions are prepped and the environment is ready for talent and producers
Shadow the music team to learn the ins and outs of music production for digital media
Qualification
Required
Organized go-getter with a passion for music, social media, and gaming
Ability to manage department emails, schedules, and file organization
Assist in coordinating music deliverables for YouTube episodes and special standalone music projects
Research and help identify vocalists, musicians, and collaborators for upcoming projects
Research music trends, sound libraries, and copyright info
Screen, prioritize, and escalate requests and inquiries for the Executive
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing tasks
Assist with recording sessions, including setting up microphones and running cables
Ensure sessions are prepped and the environment is ready for talent and producers
Shadow the music team to learn the ins and outs of music production for digital media
Proactive problem solver
Highly organized with a love for checklists and calendars
Genuine love for music and interest in the production process
Comfortable with technology and eager to learn audio hardware
Understanding of the Shiloh & Bros brand and the importance of creating safe, wholesome content
Ability to write professional emails and communicate clearly
Preferred
Basic knowledge of a DAW (Logic Pro, Pro Tools, or Ableton)
Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premier Pro
Previous experience in a creative or studio environment
Familiarity with the current YouTube landscape
