Responsibilities
Analyze system requirements and prioritize work based on business and engineering needs
Integrate PLM software with ERP/MRP systems and third-party applications
Verify, test, deploy, and support system updates and enhancements
Recommend and implement system and process improvements
Develop and maintain technical documentation for training, reference, and reporting
Ensure PLM systems are kept current with updates, patches, and new functionality
Provide high-level support and guidance to engineering and production users
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a PLM Systems Lead or in a similar systems leadership role
Strong understanding of PLM, CAD, and ERP/MRP integrations
Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and system configurations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrated leadership and task management skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and support team collaboration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues
Project management skills to coordinate work across teams and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability
Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements
