The MIL Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to coordinate projects across the Federal Reserve Board’s IT infrastructure teams. The role involves developing project management frameworks, coordinating technical teams, and managing project schedules and documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a centralized project management framework for all project workstreams
Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Create and manage project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths for infrastructure deployments
Facilitate regular stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across technical teams
Manage release cycles and deployment calendars across server, network, and cloud environments
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers affecting project timelines
Establish standardized communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and updates

Required

At least seven (7) years of experience as a program manager or program consultant
Strong understanding of agile methodologies
Experience coordinating technical teams across multiple IT domains
Proven ability to manage complex infrastructure projects with interdependencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools (Jira, GitLab, etc.)
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components (networking, servers, cloud services)
Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management
Experience with change management processes in enterprise environments
BA/BS
Public Trust clearance
US Citizenship

Preferred

PMI Certification and/or Agile program management certification preferred
