Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from prospective and current residents, clients, and website users regarding apartment communities
Provide detailed information on available apartments, assist with leasing inquiries, and support residents with facility service requests
Deliver technical and navigational assistance for web applications related to Yardi’s products and services
Develop expertise in supporting an assigned client group by continuously building product knowledge and customer service skills

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of customer service experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer
Ability to communicate effectively, cooperatively, and persuasively
Ability to nurture a cooperative, team-oriented environment
Ability to treat all employees and clients with respect and dignity
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks within a fast-paced environment
Determination and self-motivation
Strong problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including appropriate grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail

Preferred

Two (2) years of experience in real estate or leasing industry
One (1) year of experience in a high-volume call center environment
Experience with Real Estate software applications, especially the following: Yardi, CTI, MRI, JD Edwards, Skyline, Timberline, Rent Roll, OneSite, AMSI, or Great Plains
Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws
