Family Retention & Recruitment Coordinator
Tulsa Public Schools is dedicated to inspiring and preparing every student for success. They are seeking a Family Retention & Recruitment Coordinator who will provide operational and logistical support for enrollment, retention, and engagement initiatives within the Family, Community & Youth Empowerment department.

Responsibilities
Provides operational and logistical support for enrollment, retention, and engagement initiatives within the Family, Community & Youth Empowerment department
Coordinates vendors, materials, schedules, tracking tools, and seasonal outreach staffing logistics to support implementation of Family Retention & Recruitment activities
Maintains operational systems
Supports school and community communications
Assists with data tracking and reporting related to outreach and enrollment efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, business, communications, hospitality management, or a related field required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Preferred
Two (2) years of experience in program coordination, outreach, enrollment services, community engagement, or related work preferred
Experience in public education or community-based programs preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
