Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction or execution activities for engineering projects, including facilities, infrastructure, and system-related workstreams
Evaluate project feasibility by estimating material, labor, and equipment requirements
Review design models for cost effectiveness, timing, reliability, and safety to support approval of final engineering plans
Assess project impact regarding regulatory compliance and potential environmental considerations
Manage, guide, and support cross-functional teams throughout construction, operations, and maintenance phases
Support procurement activities including last‑time‑buy processes, spot buys, supply resiliency tracking, and supplier coordination
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and process updates within tools such as Salesforce and other engineering systems
Collaborate regularly with category managers, buyers, engineering teams, and business partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
10+ years of relevant project engineering experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or technical project environments
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to produce sketches, engineering drawings, and supporting computations
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding other team members
Ability to prepare and present reports, drawings, and project-related documentation
Preferred
Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, or electronics-related categories such as semiconductors or connectors
Salesforce experience (reports, dashboards, workflow enhancements)
Familiarity with industry standards and common engineering applications
Professional certifications in supply chain (e.g., APICS, ISM) are a plus
