Program Management Office Analyst

Swoon is supporting a large enterprise business and IT transformation focused on migrating to a greenfield clean-core SAP S/4HANA platform. The PMO Analyst will manage resource tracking for approximately 1,000 resources and collaborate with various teams to forecast workforce needs and support accurate cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

Own and manage resource tracking for a program supporting approximately 1,000 internal and external resources
Maintain and update staffing plans, tracking joins, exits, extensions, and changes
Monitor vendor affiliation, onshore versus offshore status, and individual bill rates
Partner with approximately 15 cross-functional teams to forecast workforce needs and changes
Collaborate closely with Finance to support accurate monthly cost and spend forecasting
Partner with onboarding and offboarding teams to forecast and report staffing activity
Produce clear summary tables, charts, and graphs for leadership reporting
Facilitate resource management meetings and conduct regular stakeholder check-ins
Manage large, dynamic datasets primarily in Excel and Power BI
Support PMO leadership with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed

Required

3+ years of experience in a PMO, resource management, or program analyst role
Strong experience managing large datasets in Excel
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
Confident communicator comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to summarize complex information clearly
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, highly collaborative environment

Preferred

Industry or SAP experience is a plus but not required
