Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Review and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
Analyze account balances, resolve discrepancies, and prepare schedules for month-end close
Create and process invoices while monitoring receivables
Prepare adjustments as needed to support accurate reporting
Assist with audit requests and respond to inquiries
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Familiarity with accounting standards and reporting requirements
Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills required
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
Prior public accounting experience is preferred
Proficiency with Sage Intacct preferred
