Responsibilities
Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of change and release management across SAP and related IT landscapes
Ensuring that retrofit activities, change controls, and software releases are executed efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Serving as a bridge among technical, functional, and business teams, delivering high-quality, reliable solutions with minimal disruption
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager, RevTrack, and similar tools (e.g., Charm, JIRA, Jenkins, Git)
Experience with automation tools for deployment and conflict detection (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Familiarity with parallel development strategies and N+1 landscape planning
Utilize tools like RevTrack, Cherwell, or Service Now for managing change requests and transport routes
