Responsibilities
Handle real estate and corporate transactions from inception through closing
Draft, review, and negotiate letters of intent for real estate and corporate matters
Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, and other transactional documents
Manage escrow processes and related administrative transaction matters
Prepare corporate governance documents, including corporate and LLC consents
Review title reports, due diligence materials, and closing documents
Coordinate and support the closing of real estate and corporate deals
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
3+ years of experience in transactional real estate and/or business, commercial, or corporate law
Strong drafting, organizational, and transaction-management skills
