Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs

Support the design and implementation of solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, CPQ

Assist with configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce components

Participate in data modeling, solution architecture diagrams, and documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and integrations

Adhere to Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and solution design sessions

Qualification

Salesforce Sales CloudSalesforce Service CloudApexLightning Web ComponentsSalesforce FlowField Service LightningCPQSalesforce data modelSalesforce certificationsProblem-solving skillsAttention to detail

Required

4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Working knowledge or project exposure to FSL, CPQ

Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow

Understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing/security model

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or App Builder are a plus

Salesforce Architect Certifications are a plus
