Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of consumer collections agents handling regulated debt portfolios
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics including recovery rates, call quality, and compliance adherence
Develop and execute collection strategies across early-, mid-, and late-stage consumer debt
Conduct regular call monitoring, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions
Analyze aging reports, liquidation trends, and account segmentation to optimize results
Partner with compliance, legal, and operations teams to manage escalations, disputes, and complaints
Ensure strict adherence to FDCPA, CFPB guidance, and all applicable state regulations

Required

Minimum of 4 years of consumer debt collection experience (agency or creditor environment)
At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience managing collections agents

Strong understanding of call monitoring, QA standards, dispute resolution, and complaint management
Experience working with dialer systems, collection strategies, and performance dashboards
Confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive results while maintaining compliance
High school diploma required
