Office Assistant- Home Health
Adoration Health is a provider of quality home health and hospice services. They are seeking a Home Health Support Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support to home health operations and assist with patient care processes.

Responsibilities
Assists with the clerical and administrative support components of the home health and private duty operations and patient care processes
Responding to incoming calls
Managing paper flow
Maintenance of patients’ records
Processing requests for release of patients’ records
Procuring and stocking/dispensing medical and office supplies and equipment
Maintenance of lab requests for billing purposes
Duplicating and distributing interoffice forms
Managing distribution of interoffice correspondence
Registering patients into and maintaining the tele-monitor program (if applicable)
Performing other duties as directed by the Branch Manager and/or Administrator
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of clerical/office responsibilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid ability to learn new technologies and possess the technical aptitude required to understand flow of data through systems as well as system interaction
Preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, a plus
