Responsibilities
Prepare, adjust and calibrate filling machines according to production specifications and work orders
Install and adjust filling nozzles, conveyor belts, pump systems and capping machines as needed
Ensure proper alignment of containers, fill accuracy, torque setting and safety systems
Perform product flush between production runs to prevent cross-contamination and ensure line cleanliness, following company and regulatory standards
Conduct dry runs and sample testing to verify correct setup before full production
Support and perform rapid and efficient product or container changeovers
Monitor initial ramp up of operation of equipment during production runs to confirm stable performance
Maintain clean and organized setup work areas
Log setup data, complete checklist, and report issues to maintenance or supervisor
Support minor preventative maintenance and troubleshooting as needed
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
Ability to prepare, adjust and calibrate filling machines according to production specifications and work orders
Experience in installing and adjusting filling nozzles, conveyor belts, pump systems and capping machines
Knowledge of ensuring proper alignment of containers, fill accuracy, torque setting and safety systems
Ability to perform product flush between production runs to prevent cross-contamination and ensure line cleanliness
Experience conducting dry runs and sample testing to verify correct setup before full production
Ability to support and perform rapid and efficient product or container changeovers
Experience monitoring initial ramp up of operation of equipment during production runs
Ability to maintain clean and organized setup work areas
Experience logging setup data, completing checklists, and reporting issues to maintenance or supervisor
