Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting process from job posting to offer letter
Post open positions through ADP, LinkedIn, and other job boards
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for clinical roles
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Update and manage applicant statuses and disposition candidates appropriately
Collaborate with managers at multiple locations as needed to meet staffing goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience
Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations as needed
Available to start immediately and commit full-time (40 hours/week) through December
