Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day execution of media plans, ensuring campaigns run correctly and on schedule
Apply cross‑channel media knowledge to contribute to strategy and identify opportunities that support client objectives
Serve as a day‑to‑day client contact, managing requests, timelines, and problem‑solving
Build and maintain media flowcharts, budgets, and schedules
Create and manage insertion orders (IOs) and creative deadlines
Execute media across digital display, eBlasts, programmatic , and healthcare platforms such as Doximity and Medscape
Partner with the digital team, which manages reporting and optimization
This role offers the opportunity to take on increasing strategic responsibility and broader account ownership over time
Qualification
Required
5+ years of media planning and buying experience, preferably in an agency environment
Strong executional expertise paired with sound strategic media judgment
Solid knowledge of digital media, particularly healthcare and B2B
Advanced Excel skills required
Detail-oriented, organized, and solutions-focused
Strong communicator; able to work independently or collaboratively
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
Preferred
Medical device or other regulated industry experience preferred
