Responsibilities
Support NASA’s insight into the Human Landing System crewed vehicle development
Review software and software development processes to determine if they meet NASA requirements
Configure vendor provided test simulation software for use at Johnson Space Center
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of related experience
Good working knowledge of C, C++, and Python
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced software development in a Linux environment
Citizenship or lawful permanent resident required due to federal position
Preferred
Experience with testing and verification
Guidance, Navigation and Control systems knowledge
Simulation development experience
Familiarity with simulations tools such as MATLAB, Simulink
NASA Core flight software (cFS) experience
