In this role, you'll support product operations, analyze competitors, and help shape product strategy through data-driven insights and customer analytics.

Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day product operations, including issue resolution and triage
Drive product strategy through competitive analysis, digital trend monitoring, and data‑driven insights (in partnership with Chris, Charlie, and others)
Oversee delivery through scrum leadership and workstream coordination
Communicate strategy and results through clear, compelling presentations
Partner cross‑functionally to align priorities and ensure cohesive execution across teams
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Undergraduate student in a relevant field
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week
