Responsibilities
Manage customer communication for incoming projects
Draft fabrication-ready shop drawings (AutoCAD or similar)
Estimate materials, labor, and timelines
Schedule and coordinate jobs with sales leadership and the shop manager
Oversee shipping, receiving, and project-specific inventory
Support inside sales by handling inbound calls and making outbound sales calls
Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in steel fabrication or steel sales (required)
Experience with drafting software (AutoCAD or similar)
Strong understanding of how drawings translate to fabrication
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
Preferred
Familiarity with Tekla Structures or SDS is a plus
