Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for all assigned locations and associated teams
Set and refine performance measures to maintain high-quality service
Implement strategies designed to streamline operations, uphold efficiency, and ensure compliance with company standards
Direct the adoption of corporate initiatives and best practices across the region
Proactively seek out new business opportunities by leveraging company marketing resources and engaging potential clients
Promote various services, such as valet parking, self-park, and other revenue-generating offerings
Collaborate with Human Resources and Division Leadership to develop market-competitive programs that support broader organizational goals
Create, review, and maintain revenue reports, budgets, profit-and-loss statements, and other accounting documents
Ensure labor and non-labor budgets are managed efficiently across locations within the region
Communicate regularly with senior leadership, including weekly written and verbal summaries, and participate in operational meetings to address financial performance and strategic adjustments
Recruit, hire, and onboard managers who can effectively support local operations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by creating and implementing programs that boost both employee morale and guest satisfaction
Strengthen client relations, build trust, and identify new opportunities for partnership and growth
Travel to oversee performance, address challenges, and support new account launches as required
Provide consistent updates and performance insights into leadership
Actively involve staff in planning, decision-making, and process improvement while taking full responsibility for team performance
Maintain an open and accessible leadership style, providing regular feedback, supporting skill development, and encouraging professional growth
Seek and apply feedback from both internal and external customers, promote a culture of quality, and continuously work to enhance processes, services, and supervisory skills to drive team success

Required

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 3 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality management experience is preferred; management or leadership related training/certifications/business is preferred as well
