Responsibilities
Assist with preparation, review, organization, and administration of contracts including customer agreements, subcontracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, leases, and consulting agreements
Maintain contract templates and standardized language in coordination with outside counsel
Track contract lifecycle milestones including renewals, expirations, and compliance requirements
Serve as the centralized intake point for legal requests across operating companies, including issue triage, prioritization, tracking, and follow-up
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day interaction with outside legal counsel
Coordinate document collection, issue summaries, and follow-up actions related to litigation, claims, employment matters, and regulatory inquiries
Help ensure efficient use of outside counsel through preparation and organization
Support entity management activities including corporate records, filings, licenses, and registrations across multiple states
Assist with insurance, risk management documentation, and claims coordination
Support compliance initiatives related to employment law, construction regulations, and commercial operations
Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support legal needs tied to business growth
Help implement consistent legal processes and documentation standards across operating companies
Independently handle routine and recurring legal matters, while escalating complex, high-risk, or strategic issues to the CFO and outside counsel as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate preferred
3+ years of paralegal or legal support experience
Experience with contracts and outside counsel coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a growing environment
