Area Administrative Assistant - Greenville Area Office
The State of South Carolina is seeking an Area Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Area Supervisor and other staff. This role is essential in enabling persons with disabilities to prepare for, achieve, and maintain competitive employment.

Responsibilities
You provide administrative support and assistance to the Area Supervisor and other staff as assigned/needed to enable persons with disabilities to prepare for, achieve and maintain competitive employment
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree and four years of administrative experience; or BAP Certification from SCVRD's IT Training Center and four years of administrative experience; or High School diploma and six years of administrative experience
Must type at least 45 WPM and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you
Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree
Preferred
Two years of administrative experience with SCVRD preferred
