Responsibilities
Process standard financial transactions according to established procedures
Generate reports, open new accounts, process trades, payments, and perform data entry
Research and resolve breaks in transactions impacting cost basis accuracy
Support branch inquiries and update requests related to tax lot and cost basis updates
Ensure accurate tax lot records in compliance with IRS regulations
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to provide high-quality operational support
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong understanding of financial rules, regulations, policies, and standards
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Proven ability to handle client inquiries efficiently and effectively
1+ year of relevant financial or operations experience preferred
