Responsibilities
Collaborates with customers and their business analysts to analyze the requirements that are produced before final sign off
Acts as the escalation point for technical support teams
Conducts current state assessments of business processes and supporting systems
Works with clients and developers to create a set of test cases
Works directly with end users and organizes with stakeholders to test new features/functions
Supports remediation efforts to solve any issues that come up during the testing period
Collaborates and assesses current practices with the team
Collects information and analyzes industry trends to support organizational/client goals
Performs gap and data analysis in support of identifying improvement opportunities; make recommendations on findings
Supports Technical Leads and developers by providing functional clarification and setting expectations with internal IT Team
Document, socialize, and triage issues, defects, and enhancement requests
Documents requirements, create specifications and/or wireframes, change requests, test cases, user guides, and strategy roadmap
Supports the execution of test cases and ensures overall quality of solution
Assesses current practices, collects information, and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives
Prepares technical reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends
Speak to clients about the software's functionalities and provide options for customization

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited college or university
Experience accepted in lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 - meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa
Customarily has 1 year of business analyst or customer facing project management experience
Experience working in the IT/Tech industry
Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language
Shows integrity, innovation, and accountability in completing daily assignments
Solutions focused and driven to resolve conflict quickly and precisely
Willing to learn and ask questions
Embraces both customers and colleagues as team members
Highly organized
Ability to build rapport with clients, stakeholders and end-users to spread knowledge about the solution
Proven ability to learn quickly and navigate new software
Ability to effectively identify and escalate potential issues in a timely manner
Preferred
Customarily has 1 year of business analyst or customer facing project management experience
