Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive new business with SMB and lower mid-market segments, owning the full sales cycle and articulating the company's value proposition to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive new business logos while meeting or exceeding monthly revenue quotas
Own all aspects of the sales cycle for assigned opportunities, including prospecting, discovery, qualification, demos, negotiation, and close
Maintain a strong outbound motion through cold calling, email, and strategic outreach, consistently achieving activity and KPI targets
Work inbound and SDR-sourced leads while also generating pipeline through self-sourced outbound efforts
Qualify opportunities using established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, BANT, etc.)
Navigate simple to moderately complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders
Prepare and present pricing proposals, handle objections, and negotiate within defined guidelines
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, fleet size, and buying criteria
Clearly articulate Netradyne’s value proposition and tailor messaging to customer pain points
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations to drive successful outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline management and demonstrate attention to detail in forecasting and CRM hygiene
Stay current on Netradyne products, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Participate in training, coaching, and sales enablement initiatives
Share best practices and insights to help improve team performance

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS closing experience
2–4 years of B2B inside sales or account executive experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong prospecting, discovery, and virtual presentation skills
Experience selling to small or lower mid-market customers
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with outbound prospecting and managing a high-velocity sales cycle
Strong ownership mindset across the entire sales process, from first touch through close
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and ramps quickly
Growth mindset with strong curiosity about the product, the industry, and customer businesses

Preferred

Experience selling fleet, logistics, telematics, or operational SaaS solutions
Demonstrated progression from SDR or junior sales roles
Experience managing deal sizes larger than typical transactional sales but smaller than enterprise
