Responsibilities
Ability to interface and transfer data between Excel and a Fleet Management Information System platform
Transfers hardcopy material to a digital electronic data format system(s)
Issues/ revokes administrative access and sets access controls for fleet software platforms
Assesses database performance by developing protocols to measure results and identify problem areas
Supports database performance by monitoring, evaluating, and resolving processing and programming problems
Secures databases by preparing access and control policies and procedures, and implementing disaster recovery procedures
Supports application design by contributing expertise to operations and technical support teams
Ability to learn and adapt to various reporting software systems
Ability to self-manage, spot check, and ensure the accuracy of information entered in electronic database(s)
Demonstrates and improves industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
Candidate must be trustworthy and can participate in information gathering for investigations without leaking sensitive information
Attention to detail and the ability to follow direction is important and non-negotiable
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Proficient typing skills (40 words per minute recommended)
Ability to multi-task
Prior experience with multiple databases preferred
Ability to adapt to new software platforms and integrate when necessary
Candidates are recommended to have relevant industry certifications and/or experience
Attention to detail and the ability to follow direction is important and non-negotiable
