Responsibilities
Drive end to end hiring operations for full time and contingent roles, from requisition creation through offer acceptance
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Design leadership to forecast headcount, align on strategy, and secure role approvals
Maintain accurate, up to date visibility into open roles, hiring progress, contractor extensions, and budget impacts
Serve as the central “source of truth” for all hiring activity, ensuring data consistency across systems and trackers
Collaborate with Talent Partners to ensure requisitions launch smoothly and pipelines move efficiently
Monitor pipeline health, surface risks or delays early, and drive resolution across cross functional teams
Maintain and improve hiring related processes, playbooks, and documentation to increase clarity and scalability
Build and manage dashboards and reporting that provide hiring insights, trends, and operational performance metrics
Facilitate alignment and communication among hiring managers, leadership, TA partners, and Finance
Support quarterly and monthly business reviews with headcount summaries, operational insights, and readouts
Guide new managers through hiring processes, expectations, and systems to ensure compliance and smooth execution
Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement process improvements that streamline hiring workflows
Qualification
Required
2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
Proficiency with managing data
Attention to detail
A high degree of discretion
Flexibility to pivot and address ad hoc requests and shifting priorities
Rigor in navigating processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work with leaders of all levels
Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture
An interest in the culture and practice of design
