Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 Network troubleshooting and resolution to VZ Wholesale wireless MVNOs

Work with internal cross-functional teams, such as NRB, NMC, and IT teams, to resolve tickets to resolve issues

Manage the ticketing queue to ensure tickets are being resolved within the timelines and expectations set with our MVNOs

Support Wholesale Product and development teams and serve as technical SME on designated projects

Scheduled rotation of after-hours support

Required

Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience

Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience

Three + years of experience in network operations and troubleshooting

Strong understanding of wireless networking technologies

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience with Local Portability processes

Experience with MARS, MTAS, NSP Lite/Delphi, RTT, WFM, WNP, IOP, ECHO, Airwave, DMD, Syniverse, and NeuSta, RSSx, Enforce+r
