Electronics Technician 3 - CS Team

Responsibilities
Set up and operate specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, troubleshooting to the component and sub-assembly level using schematics and established procedures
Provide technical guidance to Assemblers and mentor new technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Interpret drawings and specifications, recommend process improvements, and ensure all quality feedback is documented and communicated effectively
Qualification
Required
A 2-year degree in Electronics or related field, Certified Electronics Program (18 months), or 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field
PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period
1-3 years of manufacturing experience with a 2-year degree or Certified Electronics Program, or no experience required with a 4-year degree
Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level, using tools and gauges, interpreting schematics, and maintaining close specifications
Strong dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and basic computer skills are essential
Access to U.S. export-controlled information
Ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status
