InternUFC is the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization, and they are seeking a Public Relations Intern to support their media relations efforts. The role involves coordinating media events, assisting with press outreach, and drafting media materials under team guidance.

Responsibilities
Support coordination of media events and assist with on-site and remote media management
Research media outlets, writers, and journalists to support press outreach and pitching efforts
Assist with maintaining and updating the media database and contact lists
Support coordination of athlete media schedules in conjunction with events and appearances
Assist with drafting press releases and media materials under team guidance
Support coordination of interviews for events, including scheduling and logistics
Assist with drafting media pitches and outreach materials
Support daily news tracking, compilation, and internal distribution of media coverage
Assist the Public Relations team with additional projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Graduate degree program in Public Relations, Journalism, English, Communications, or a related discipline; Junior, Senior, or Graduate-level standing preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and familiarity with basic document formatting
Strong writing and editing abilities, with an interest in storytelling and media strategy
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
