Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, medical malpractice, and transactional matters
Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems
Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
Prepare and draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines
Answer phone calls and provide professional phone etiquette
Transcribe dictations and prepare meeting minutes
File and organize physical and electronic documents
Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using document management systems and legal software
Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Strong research skills and ability to gather relevant information efficiently
