Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account details with clarity and patience
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and resolving complaints efficiently
Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems to ensure seamless service continuity
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
Support client services by coordinating appointments, processing payments securely, and managing cash handling procedures when necessary
Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer support quality
Utilize Microsoft Office applications and computer skills to manage documentation, generate reports, and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
Uphold high standards of accuracy in typing and data entry tasks to ensure precise record keeping
