InternThe Walsh Group is seeking interns for their Safety Division on projects located in Van Nuys, CA. The internship program is designed to prepare students for leadership positions by providing hands-on experience in project engineering and field management while promoting and managing safety programs.
Construction
Responsibilities
Participate in field safety walks
Help safety manager with first day safety orientations for new employees
Complete accident and incident reports
Oversee safety and health of personnel working on company jobsites
Help safety manager coordinate project safety programs with subcontractors, ensuring company safety policies and procedures are understood and implemented
Qualification
Required
Seeking a bachelor's degree is preferred
The ability to work a 12-week work schedule is preferred
Specific roles may require relocation. If you are willing to relocate you are eligible for a living allowance
