Director of Business Development
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Director of Business Development to build referral source relationships, particularly with hospital accounts in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The role involves cultivating strong relationships with Medical Directors and physician partners while evaluating market data to enhance referral relationships and drive census growth.

Responsibilities
Regularly and customarily spends majority of his/her time engaged in growing referral sources
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the centers products, services, capabilities and physician relations
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the centers products, services, capabilities and physician relations
Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our Medical Directors and physician partners
Work with Business Development Leadership on program development and growth strategies
Evaluates market data and competitive information to strengthen referral source relationships
Build referral relationships and generate census growth
Knowledge in Value based reimbursement is preferred
Experience in B2B C-suite level sales
Qualification
Required
Proven success in personally developing referrals for a medical product from health care target markets (physicians, hospitals and case managers)
Evidence of a local referral network from which to develop referrals
Preferred
Knowledge in Value based reimbursement is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, health care or related business field preferred
Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience targeted to physicians, hospital personnel and case managers preferred
