Responsibilities
Manage and maintain remediation systems in accordance with all EPA and KDHE approved work plan requirements. Maintain operating records. Perform trouble-shooting exercises and make or supervise an outside contractor with all necessary repairs. Response to system alarms at any time of day. Communicate system status to a supervisor or engineering consultant on a daily basis
Collect NPDES and groundwater samples and conduct water level, free product, and total depth measurements
Implement monthly manual free product recovery and long-term recovery rate testing
Data entry of groundwater elevation and LNAPL recovery measurements on a periodic basis
Maintain CRNF operations and assist with UAN loading. This includes unloading rail cars, assisting drivers with electronic systems, and responding to alarms at the loading rack at any time of day
Conduct facility maintenance and housekeeping projects as necessary
Assist management with developing and updating CVR policy and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and company expectations
Qualification
Required
With BA/BS degree, no experience required; without degree, minimum of 2 years' commensurate experience required
