Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position. The role involves leading requirement discovery, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing high-quality documentation to support Agile programs.

Responsibilities

Leads requirement discovery and refinement sessions to define epics, features, and technical specifications

Partners with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to ensure alignment on objectives and delivery plans

Develops clear process and data flow diagrams to support both technical design and business understanding

Produces high‑quality documentation, including field‑level mappings, API details, and system interaction artifacts

Drives Agile activities by supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and coordinating with developers for execution clarity

Evaluates requirements, identifies gaps, and determines next steps independently to advance work toward completion

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related technical field

Extensive background in technical business analysis with strong involvement in large‑scale Agile software delivery programs

Demonstrated strength in collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and effectively communicating with developers and IT teams for alignment
