Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace and Splunk environments
Design and optimize dashboards, alerts, SLOs, and monitoring strategies
Convert legacy Splunk SPL queries into Dynatrace DQL
Instrument applications and services to capture actionable telemetry
Support incident response and proactive system health monitoring
Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to improve system reliability
Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting across monitoring tools and underlying systems
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace (deployment, troubleshooting, dashboards)
Strong experience with Splunk administration and observability practices
Proven expertise converting SPL queries to Dynatrace DQL
7+ years of full-stack observability experience across applications, infrastructure, and cloud
Ability to work independently with a hands-on, execution-focused approach
Experience operating at an expert SRE/Observability level
Preferred
AppDynamics (AppD) administration experience
Background in systems integration or technology services environments
