Commitment to a 12-week internship and flexible availability: nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to customer service through great teamwork and communication skills
Dedication to excellence demonstrated by taking initiative and increasing product knowledge
Willingness to help with a variety of task as needed by supervisor
Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining network systems and devices
Providing technical support to stores including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Documenting processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
Participating in training and development to help and improve skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college program focusing on Information Technology, Computer Science, or another business-related field
0 – 2 years related Information Technology experience
Commitment to a 12-week internship and flexible availability: nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to customer service through great teamwork and communication skills
Dedication to excellence demonstrated by taking initiative and increasing product knowledge
