Responsibilities

Read web novels to understand their themes and plots, and use them as references for writing original screenplays
Analyze content and data to identify issues and lay out plans for optimization
Write original content and occasionally collaborate on published content
Utilize data to enhance in-app retention, book retention optimization, chapter conversion, new user tutorials, and marketing promotions
Provide constructive feedback and foster team collaboration

Required

Minimum of 5 years of screenwriting experience
Strong creative screenwriting skills, particularly in romance and drama
Bachelor's degree in History, English, Fine Arts, Screenwriting, or a related field
Comfortable writing young adult romance/drama, which may include sensitive and triggering content
Excellent communication skills
Strong interest in reading novels
Comprehensive knowledge of the online reading or publishing industry, both historical and current
Passion for content creation and prior experience in the field is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure and possess strong interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across different time zones
Eagerness to learn and gain experience in the gaming and content industry
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
