LV Search Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Entertainment Analyst to join their finance team supporting live entertainment productions. This role is responsible for reviewing and validating box office data, preparing settlements for shows and special events, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and contractual compliance.

Responsibilities

Review, audit, and reconcile box office and ticketing data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Prepare preliminary and final settlements for live entertainment shows, including special events and resident shows, in accordance with contractual terms
Maintain detailed records to respond promptly to ad hoc inquiries and support internal accounting and financial controls
Analyze show profitability, including settlement data, P&L reconciliation, and new deal structures
Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for rapid analysis of entertainment deals and economics
Extract, summarize, and analyze data from large ticketing and access systems to evaluate show performance
Prepare clear and concise management reports and recommendations for financial and operational improvements
Assist with month-end close processes and ensure accurate accounting records are maintained
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and external audits as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
21 years of age or older
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to work with confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel required, strong PowerPoint skills)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Preferred

Additional coursework or experience in entertainment finance is a plus
Experience with entertainment contracts, settlements, or audits preferred
Experience with Access or other databases is a plus
